I’m 36 years old, my father had a BROWN Chrysler Laser when I was young, and indeed it was in that car that I learned the word ajar.
Funny, I’m ended up doing the same thing. I Had been looking for a B5 or B6 S4 for a long time, ended up getting a B7 A4 2.0T. Was a one owner car with complete history and just had the timing belt replaced, and it was a good price. Couldn’t pass it up.
The LAN multiplayer was great. I remember when we first got Balder's Gate my brother and I would play it co-op. I don't think we left the house for two weeks straight!
Now I have Dean Martin stuck in my head.
I bought my last 3 cars from Craigslist and they've all been great. You just need to make sure you do your research, be patient, take it to a mechanic, and be willing to walk away. It sucks to pay for an inspection on a car you might not buy, but it can save you a lot of money. I had my heart set on buying a car…
You're not doing these anymore? Booooo
Yeah, red would be awesome. I would have preferred just about any color besides grey, but these cars are hard enough to find as it is, I wasn't going to pass up a good one just because of the color. Not that I think the grey looks bad, but it would not have been near the top of my list if I could've picked the color.
I just found these articles today. Nice work, they are hilarious! I've been reading through all your previous CarDomaining articles, you've managed to kill my productivity for the day.
What face is she going for here exactly? I just ate a sexy lemon?
Thanks for the tip!
Thanks for the feedback. I had thought about swaybars, but I haven't really noticed much body roll yet. I need to take it to some curvy backroads and see how it really handles.
Thanks, it's nice to have that 6th gear for highway cruising. Though I find myself rarely using 5th, usually I accelerate through 4th then skip straight to 6th, I wonder if that's how most 6MT users drive.
I've been enjoying it a lot in the limited time I've had it. The wife likes it too, so double win!
Thanks! The guy I bought it from was a true Jalop as well, he had this car special ordered. He also previously owned 2 Unimogs and a 300CD
Yup, I'm a rebel like that.
Definitely want to upgrade the head unit, as it has no aux input or bluetooth. Contemplating an ECU tune, but I haven't done much research on that. I'm not in any rush though as the car is fun as it is.
I believe the RS line is the equivalent to M (RS4 competes with M3), whereas the the S line is equivalent to the M sport BMWs (S3 competes with M235i) .
I agree, but mainly because I think that the Legacy looks better than the Outback because it doesn't have the cladding and has a lower ride height.
If you decided you wanted to buy the car at the end of the lease period how does that work? Do your lease payments count towards the purchase?
