@talkingstove: My question: Why the hell is the guy singing into his iPhone? It didn't seem like it was giving him any sort of chorus effect, so it must have just been for looks... AKA marketing.

@GC: This. I want to get this, but i have no idea how to... and part of me doesn't want to support this idiocy.

@PlanBForOpenOffice: My favorite response: "Have you ever had a power surge?" Guess what, no manufacturer warranty covers that. BTP does. Is it right for everyone? no. Do I get it on things over say, $400? Yes. Did that save my ass when my PS3 Yellow Lighted on me after 3 years? Or when my Computer Crapped out

@fifpb99: You are correct. Also "SquareTrade will cover you up-to the purchase price of your item.)"

@illiniphase4: Many people don't bother hiding themselves, and while recruiters might or might not hide stuff, when I was still with my old firm, when we got a portfolio in from someone the first thing we would do was google the people and check facebook and myspace for profiles.

@KVirtanen: Yeah, Do you not have the ability to hear if something is in front of your or behind you?

@Live N Learn: Have you seen a plasma? LED and LCDs give some wicked crosstalk, but both panisonic and samsungs plasma's are a MUCH crisper, cleaner image.

I think the problem is that Geeks are uncool by force: I'm a geek/Nerd, I love science, video games, etc, so I get hated on by general society.

@pjcard: Maybe they are Never-Nudes!

@ortizlgnd4: I would LOVE to see the peer-reviewed study disproving evolution. Do you have the journal info?

@sooper_gizmo12: yes, boo science and further understanding of our world!

@ortizlgnd4: There are some other "theories" scientists "believe" in: Cellular theory (Cells are the basic unit of structure in living things)

@Zendax: the only reason the distance would effect their ability to interpret the data coming in would be if the speed of light changed with distance... which would be an even bigger story than a new natural force.
