Losing weight is usually temporary and often causes more metabolic problems than it solves, but hey who cares about that, SHE LOOKS GREAT!

I am 100% against pigeonholing a person because of a disability. Whether or not someone is compliant with a treatment regime is one thing, but assuming that they won't be because "zomg bipolar" is just wrong.
