I haven't seen any of her work, but I do love reading her blog. Her trip to Russia last year, her work with hoops, there's a whole lot more to her than just "someone who takes it on film".

This makes me so glad I was a band nerd in high school. I was an avowed teetotaler because of all the abusive alcoholics my mom brought home. Music was my refuge. My favorite memories from high school are of travel for honor bands. I didn't start drinking until I was 21.

Yup, I had some "atypical squamous cells" or some such about 12 years ago. It cleared up on its own. I blame it on the fact that I had the pap smear done like the day before my period showed up. (Mine are Not Chartable.) I've never had an abnormal pap since.
Oh hell yes, I'd buy it.
