I didn’t think it was super long. If the production of the small cars is ending in 2018, that’s about right. Ford starts its model years super early sometimes. I bought my 2012 Mustang in March of 2011. So it’s possible the plant could be retooled for a couple months in 2018, and a 2020 Ranger could be ready to sell

Plus the time it will take to retool the facility once the Focus/C-Max production is gone.

My birthday weekend! Someone fly me out to NYC. That’s all I ask for my birthday.

Ours had some Toyota tools in the back. I was confused.

Exactly. If I miss my braking point on the track that badly, there’s no amount of steering input that’s going to save me. He may have had a chance had he released the brake and continued steering. But he looked like a goner either way.

Sorry. Typo on my part. I watched that video a few days ago. Not sure where they were venting. Last time I was there, I think they had hoses hooked to up to everything to vent the exhaust.

I was thinking in terms of how the boost was way too high, and the blow-off value was not getting the job done. That showed up immediately on the dyno, but could have been missed initially at home.

After watching this video, I concluded that you basically have to be skilled with fabrication and tuning for this not to end in disaster. A complete amateur without dyno access isn’t going to recognize several of the problems in the video. A few of my friends said it’s so cheap, it’s worth trying anyway, but to me

The law is changing, so pretty soon small volume replicas will be able to be purchased with financing like regular production cars.

I’d love to try one or a Cobra, but most of my events won’t allow replicas or cars without a traditional VIN.

I can’t sing their praises enough, but I might be a bit biased. haha

They start at $40k and go up depending on the options. Remember the ones listed have already been built. They aren’t in kit form.

Leave Steve alone. He can’t afford employees, and this is the best he could do in MS Paint.

Further proof that all cars of the future are Citroens.

Somewhere, an E30 M3 owner is writing $3million OBO on a For Sale sign. “Out-crazy me?!” he shouts at his dog, “The world knows that the E30 is the purest sports car humanity has every set eyes upon, and the sale price shall reflect it!”

The victims were looking for a quick recharge after a long day on autopilot. When they popped the pills... they were in for a shock.

However, I feel the self driving cars would work together to return traffic to normal faster than human drivers. You wouldn't see one sudden lane change create a slowdown for the next 20 minutes. That's the beauty of self driving cars, even in less than total saturation. They want to return to normal operating

Dear nanoFlowcell,

Perfect! I came here to post this one too. She sounds a little quirky and adventurous, and the Baja fits that to a T. The back-up option I had was a Subaru Outback 3.0R L.L. Bean Edition. A little classier option with a similar price range. For $8k, you can still get one that’s under 10 years old.

Alon Day and Andy Lally could have had amazing days with stronger teams. Alon was hurt by his team's horrible pit stops, and Andy Lally just needed his team to build a car with a working windshield wiper.
