The Build & Price tool on the Fiat USA website defaults to manual for the Lusso.

Ford had the V8 game covered too. 235hp of fire-breathing Yamaha!

Trunks with no exterior release are a proud Alfa tradition. I just got used to it after a while with my Spider. Same with driver comfort. My dad is 6'5" and, for him, shifting into 2nd gear was an impossibility.

I'd like to buy Rob an 850 just so I can read about it later.

I stopped going late night after a rider on holiday from Canada passed me on Topanga Canyon. He tore off up the hill and slammed into the canyon wall on a blind curve. He was lying in the road when I came around the curve, and I came to a stop about a foot from his head.

Exactly what I was going to say. I'm usually there early enough that it isn't packed, but last time I went through there around midday, and it was like there was a sporting event going on. It didn't help that Matt Farah was hanging out there, so there was a huge crowd right next to the road.

Personally, I’m waiting for the New Delhi to Outer Mongolia route.

Round trip is a month.

Did you have a roomette? I did L.A. to Seattle on Amtrak, about 37 hours total. I just had a regular seat though. The ride itself was comfortable, the meals were good, but the shared restroom was a nightmare by the halfway point.

Yes, so Alfa likes to talk big while PSA has the means to deliver.

Alfa has claimed to be returning for years, but all we've had are the 8C and 4C, one ultra-exclusive car and one highly impractical. They'll probably be planning their comeback long after PSA has reestablished itself. I love my Alfa, but the company should stop promising what it can't deliver.

And Alfa Romeo is in the background going, "We're still returning to America in full force, promise. It may be 2057 by then, but we'll get there.

I think the front of the Model 3 bugs me because the shape of the nose looks like it should have a grille on it. It’s kind of like the NASCAR Fusion back when they were running the faux grille on the front (It’s just a decal/wrap this year). You see where it should be, but it just isn’t there. Couldn’t it have been

Meh. I still think there's something to be said for packaging and craftsmanship which this sorely lacks.

Gull wing doors are indeed silly, but I really like the rest of it. If I had a place for something like that in my life, I'd be all over it.

Glad someone said it.

I don't see this as such terrible news. The Taurus and the Explorer aren’t sold in RHD, so the two Interceptors Ford builds wouldn’t work for Australia. I would guess that Ford decided the Mustang was the closest thing to an interceptor they had available. The Mustang doesn't have a police/heavy duty package, so

If it was a 164 Q4 with AWD, then I’d consider it.

If I’m getting a space ship from Africa, I’m going to Uganda, not Libya.

Far too much of my 2015 was spent watching Harry Metcalfe drive drive beautiful things in beautiful locations on YouTube.
