Ethanol itself isn't stupid, but the way we've developed it in the U.S. to this point has been. The corn lobby has pressured politicians for years and years with the intent of making corn the sole supplier of ethanol to the nation. It does decrease emissions some, but it does effect the food supply as farmers either

My god. I commented on my dislike of the design on Jalopnik yesterday.

“Eye” smell another sequel.

And Aston Martin thought the design was stolen from them before?

:: tips cap:: If I can make just one person’s evening a little brighter, I’ve done my job.

Now playing

That’s very true. Now let’s all just forget about bro country with a little Cherlene and K-Log.

No way. Outlaw Country never apologies!

Outlaw country!

You're all wrong. Hand crank starter for weight savings.

From most angles, the car looks great. In this particular shot, the shape of the rear looks stupid. It's probably just me, but it's bugging me a lot.

Now that the government knows the vehicles are violating emissions regulations, does the owner have much of a choice? I can see it not being an issue in a state with no emissions testing. But in the states where cars are regularly tested, they are likely to be flagged. Plus there are the long term issues with trade-in

My thought would be that once the vehicles are fixed so that they are polluting at a less ridiculous rate, what's going to happen to the performance of those vehicles? If it is a significant difference, the owner could make a reasonable claim that car is not the same car from the test drive. I know I'd be mad if I

Didn't expect much but instead I'm very pleased. I know we have the ATS-V, but this looks like more of a classic luxury GT car to me. I'd prefer a manual too, but it's not as big a deal as I thought it would be. Once the interior is toned down, this looks like something I'd want to cruise across the country in.

Yeah. The backwards “Comp-710" would be easily noticeable, but the logo not so much.

There’s a supremacy clause in the Constitution that specifically states that Federal Government can tell States what to do.

It's a mirrored image. The driver is on the right side, and the exhaust is on the wrong side too.

Some of the proportions look a little off to me. I know this is more, but I find the fit and finish as well as the quality of the replication itself to be better.

It doesn’t have to be that way. The current Federal law is for every 10lbs of carrying capacity over 3500 pounds a tax of $0.945 is charged. Just do something similar for light duty tires; say a formula for every 10lbs over 1000lb (stock up on tax free 185/60-13s!) The formula would have to be tweaked to something

Oh yes, there definitely needs to be investment and innovation into increased availability of charging. I was more addressing your second paragraph.

A tire tax like the one on commercial trucks could help in that regard.
