That's somewhat the case this year with the maximum fuel flow rule. Audi, Toyota, and Porsche all took very different routes to power their cars.
Thanks! I love seeing coverage of grassroots events (even ones I'm not in), so I'm glad you came out.
Something didn't seem right about the audio. It didn't seem like sound synced up with what was happening on track, especially the shift points. In some corners, it sounded like he was downshifting at corner exit.
I wouldn't call it a block exactly. To me, it looks like Perez was taking a shallow, defensive line into the corner. From the in-car view, Perez doesn't seem to make any sudden movements that would indicate a block. Massa was going so much faster, he had to make a move. With that shallow line, and Massa's incredible…
Would be cool, but aerodynamic design isn't all that important to space travel other than atmospheric flight upon re-entry. I'm sure he could design a beautiful ship though.
I understand from a business aspect why they do that, but for the sake of brand identity, they need at least one halo car that isn't derived from a Ford. Something that says, "This is why you should buy a Lincoln."
I'm incredibly pleased that Lincoln has taken the effort separate it visually from the Escape. So many of their other vehicles look like a Ford with a weird grille. The MKC seems like something I'd want to test drive for certain. My question is, how are they marketing this vehicle? Lincoln's used to build…
Tig ol' bitties anyone?
Is the back seat actually comfortable for passengers? The Escape has a pretty stiff backseat. I wonder how this one is.
Not all hammers. One man has an inanimate carbon rod.
I'm just happy to see a good group of fans for carb day the past two years. Indycar still has plenty of problems, but it's good to see some of the buzz back in Speedway.
Damn. You beat me to it.
