Damn straight Subaru! Do flappy paddles count?
Go up and act like a real man? Yeah, I would run up on any old murder in progress. Doing any less would make me a sissy! Not to mention, who says they noticed it while they were there instead of looking at it on the dashcam later?
Uh huh. It won't even rattle apart until you hit 55 mph!
Someone read my reply to the volvo wireless charging article...
I am really excited to start seeing some EV racing series pop up. It'll be a whole other world, AND nothing advances auto tech faster than in the fiery crucible of motorsport! Or in this case, the sparky crucible of motorsport!
Another equally interesting title: "Australian gets to work."
Well there's my day gone. Thanks, Jalopnik!
I believe California is the only state to have gotten this right. If you have more than two moving violations or accidents (whether it is your fault or not) within a 12 month period, then you have to take the driving exam again. This easily eliminates old people, as they are much more prone to accidents, as well as…
Rally = Very yes. But Was the first video on a closed road? Hmmmm?
I have size 11s, (which is why I have flappy paddles, amongst other reasons).
Nice. Same goes for people who mistake the gas for the brake, or don't think to take your foot off the gas when you got drive instead of reverse. Not only do I think they should have their license revoked, they should have their hands cut off so they can never even think of getting behind a 1 ton 70 mph wrecking…
Damn right. They should win the lawsuit if something is genuinely wrong with their car, and then they should have their license taken away. (Unless they're dead, in which case they should be publicly ridiculed)
I totally agree, but the average customer doesn't know that. And without a large-scale publicity campaign for LiFePo3 (which I don't see coming anytime soon), they aren't even going to consider an EV.
And it potentially reduces the number of recharges a battery can take, increasing people's concerns about the infrastructure surrounding an otherwise wise decision to purchase an EV.
How dare you post this without a video of it drifting! I'm of a mind to write a letter!
Yeah, there you go, they sound wonderful. WTF have they been doing for the past 10 years? According to Wikipedia their most crowning achievement since 2000 has been getting more members, and changing their name. Maybe it's time they get off their duff and make some EV standards, eh?
New answer to everything: Rally.
I addressed the important bits in another comment. This comment was to re-emphasize Volvo's ridiculousness.
