Personally I bit the bullet and made the decision last week to go solar and signed up to have panels and a whole system tied to my home.  It should be installed by the end of the month.  Fuel prices are getting to erratic and they just keep going up and we all have to do our part.

What brakes?  We have our foot firmly on the gas, literally.

China does not care. They’re building more coal-based electric plants per YEAR than the US in the last decade.

I live in mid Michigan, and the closest place is an hour away in Ann Arbor, which starts showing the 7th. I think I have me SO convinced with the lure of Hop Cat near by.

The GMC Hummer:

While I enjoyed the first NuTrek movie, the following ones were exhausting because the focus fell entirely upon anger, action and conflict as opposed to discovery, wonder and problem-solving. IMHO, Trek works best when it’s a science-fiction drama about moral quandaries that also has a little whizz-bang action for

Kevin Feige is literally one of a kind.

Michigan Highway Patrol officers stumbled onto a local rust mine. Local news outlets and the department reports that a two-month-long investigation led authorities to a home where $2.30 worth of rusted Jeeps (35 in total) were stored.

Ah, gotcha.  I think it would all depend on your intended use and precedent for said use.  If you bought it as a boat (which is how it was sold), and intended to dock it (as houseboats do), then you would expect it to be treated the same.  If houseboats are generally charged property taxes, I would expect them on

I don’t support this bill but I find this focus on Disney’s action/inaction confusing. I thought we wanted corporations to stay out of government. I also don’t see how it is Disney’s issue to weigh in on -last time I checked Disney doesn’t have any say in education policy. Fine if they do, but I don’t particularly

The actions (or inactions) of corporations make a lot more sense if you picture them as gigantic, emotionless AIs, driven by the same core programming directive:
