Firebird, 3rd Gen!

Because of course you did.

They’re both GTs in their respective years...

I think both of the J-Bodies fit their roles well as mid-90s economy cars, fun but not too flashy. They ruined the Sunfire which also had fairly simple, tasteful lines. MOAR PLASTIC FRONT END STUFF!!

Ascent, conversation over. Now off to go squash any commenters that didn’t read the van at top isn’t the vehicle in question. (Sidenote, if it were, I’d call is the Subaru Squash)

SUDDENLY IT ALL MAKES SENSE

All I see is

Actually that’s pretty spot on, my 2013 with similar options was close to that range. Figure $5k for everything “Rebel” that goes on top of that and it makes a lot of sense.

Jefferson Highway

While I do see the connection between the 1994 Ram and the change in the market I am tired of hearing that 94+ Rams were more luxury and less utility.

For those familiar with Godwin’s Law, I am about to propose a similar law. The TTOJ Principle.

I think that really validates that is that half of went away as the years went on. Four wheel steering, automatic climate control, active aero, active adjustable suspension, even the power antenna all removed by 95 I think?

I’m going to sound really backwards, especially as someone who was salaried and carried his laptop home each night and took calls from overseas at all hours supporting plants around the world.

I’ll bite

I even ponied up the ridiculous $80 (?) when it was new for it!

Normally I pass by the Torch posts (I just don’t get the Bug thing...) but this post I genuinely agree with. Kudos to you, good sir.

BUT RAMBOX!!

New to me...

Well, I learned something new today.

I thought multi-link was a form of independent suspension? I know it is not Fully Independent Suspension...
