Correction, he would be broke. He would have caught the Porsche bug, and instead of selling them he would only want more. Long story short, it doesn’t count unless you’re willing to cash out and it would be quite the opposite.
What a D-bag! If I were his instructor this video would either be about 2 laps long, or he would be pacing a miata for a while to learn the line (because lets face if your in a miata you have to focus intensly on the line just to stay awake).
Surprised my formula vee on massive steroids only got 71-80%.
Not sure how the notifications work on the comments, but wanted to let you know I did add some more info and some racing footage in another response.
Sorry, don't have a detailed build thread anywhere. The engine is a type 1 bored and stroked to a 2276cc, aluminum case, 11.5:1 compression, a big cam, big heads, wiseco pistons, Weber 48 IDF carbs, a 7.5 pound fly wheel, and crank trigger ignition. Also has a AJ Speedshift hydraulic shifter, and Wilwood 4 piston…
Thank you.
I don't think you want to use water on a fire where gas might be involved. I thought the gas just floats on top of the water running off, while still on fire, causing it to spread.

Was never even meant to traverse land.
I agree. I see two skilled Porsche drivers dodging a not very skilled driver that shouldn't have come back across.
Awesome, it was unfortunate that it started to cut out on him during the race so he had to come in after only a couple laps. He has put countless hours into it after a crash in the 2009 Historics:
