Hey, does anyone know how apple's new maps app works? I haven't heard anything about it today, so I'm kinda curious if it's any good. Does anyone know how it compares to google maps? I wish these tech blogs would cover the new app in detail with several stories saying essentially the same thing, be it good or bad.

I was referring to the plate with the apple on it. I thought it was the apple association that made it gorgeous.

As I remember from the video, there was VIDEO of the girl jumping about while the pictures were being taken. Perhaps the DSLR was used to video the commercial about taking stills?
