I’m gonna push back against this whole FPGA vs emulation thing.

Do any of these include a CPU that doesn’t cheat?

These aren’t sweaters. They are screen printed sweatshirts.

These sorts of acts of charity are detrimental to non-profits. This sort of giving costs non-profits more than they are worth. Giving of this sort reduces the useful donations because people feel that a charity is getting what it needs when it is not. Giving of this sort requires more time and effort for a non-profit

You definitely shouldn’t do this. It’s better to just send the cash. If the charity needs toiletries, they can buy them with the cash, just as effectively as you can. If you send them a crate of tiny shampoos, they then need to store and disperse that crate. They may already have plenty of shampoo and what they need

A small cash donation can buy and distribute a lot more toiletries than the effort it takes to collect, sort, store, and disperse random toiletries.

Another great thing to give to charities is actual money. The cost involved in physically processing, storing, and distributing all those donated toiletries is kinda expensive.

So, you would cut off all relationships with your spouse or sibling or old friend because they picked up an unhealthy addiction?

Some computers will provide different options for boot devices on the BIOS or EFI boot menu, depending on if you are doing a warm or cold boot. These systems will have multiple boot menus in your bios. (The Lenovo systems I run at my office will boot from any device on a cold boot, will only boot from the HDD or

I would even support a “Gated” system, like where you could continue to support a game at each milestone, pay more and get the update. Or, if you didn’t like the direction the game was going, you could stop supporting it and move on. It sure sounds a lot like DLC, but IMO, it would feel more honest. You are just

Early Access needs to rethink their pricing model. It’s nice and all that you’re supporting a dev, but you are paying full price for a product that isn’t finished, and may never be finished. It doesn’t make a whole lot of fiscal sense.

Now, what do you do when it’s your long term partner, or your family member, or your very good friend?
