The best way to end a pay-it-forward chain is to appreciate the person’s generosity and take your drink.

The phone switch that my company uses records every call, all the time. When the phone is ringing, you’re being recorded (The system answers the call, then returns its own ringing tone to the end user). When you’re on hold, you’re being recorded (even if you’re listening to the jazzy hold music). When you’re in a…
I have a G502. When I first got it, the resistance of the click wheel made my finger tired. I eventually got used to it. I wish they made a version with a rubberized wheel. I rarely use the free wheeling mode because I spend most of my time reading stuff. It does have good balance and a comfortable grip.

The first year I spatchcocked a bird in a convection oven, the turkey was done 2 hours early. It really messed up the schedule. But every year after, it made life much better.
As someone who has served in the past. Hoarding dirty dishes on your table is in my top 3 most annoying things customers do. Nothing worse than having to bus 20 plates at once after you politely decline the after dinner mint.
Canola oil WILL dry. It takes longer than a “drying oil”, but it will eventually dry.
Twisted Metal 2 was soo much better than Twisted Metal.
It is not difficult to make hardware that is technically superior to the Nintendo Switch. It uses a last generation mobile chip (a generation ago). The difficult part is selling it at a profit and delivering sufficient content to drive sales.

A general purpose processor can be programmed to be indistinguishable from the equivalent chip logic. When you program hardware to behave like other hardware, that is called emulation. FPGA emulation is not fundamentally different from other forms of emulation.
Sorry, I should have been more specific. I was saying that Peach and a crown is better than Mario and a hat.
Yes, the original Analogue Nt was a reproduction of the Nintendo.
I feel like a much more successful Mario Odyssey spinoff game could be made out of this concept...
The Analogue NT Mini is not a remade NES console. It does not contain a 6502 chip or equivalent. It is a hardware based emulator that uses a FPGA to emulate the original hardware. It is still technically software emulation. A program is loaded on the FPGA each time the system starts.
If they can launch a toy line where the robots have interesting and somewhat faithfully reproduced transformations, I’d get excited.
Even if you remembered if you did, how could you be sure?
How do you quantify the difference? What are they? My $60 rice cooker has fuzzy logic. It doesn’t ever produce bad rice. If the rice that comes out of my machine is good, how much better is the rice out of a more expensive one?

You should.
When I make bacon, I cut the whole pack of bacon in half. Eating two half pieces of bacon feels more satisfying than eating a whole piece. I feel half pieces are also easier to manage when cooking and fit on a sandwich better. Plus, my griddle is properly sized to cook half a pound of thick cut bacon without crowding.
I’m kinda bummed with VA-11 HALL-A. I searched and searched the internet for an explanation of the game mechanic and was disappointed when I found that it was a visual novel. Calling it a “cyberpunk bartending game” bothers me.
