I don’t think this is horrible. It should be relatively easy to identify and shut down abusers. The barrier to entry is high enough so that there won’t be a huge amount of it happening for the lulz.

Maybe I’m just weird, but I usually assume the opposite, and occasionally get genuinely surprised when I see a room full of people hand-making a product in a factory.

I used Ghirardelli white chocolate and Bakers bittersweet chocolate. Both had bloomed pretty severely, and when chopped up, they kinda crumbled.

It was bars of baking chocolate. Both properly made.
