I don’t have a big roof, but my steel roof (which will likely last forever) cost around $6k to put on. Myself and two old men (Father & Father-in-law) did a full teardown and install in a weekend.

$250 is a bit high for a tablet and a docking station... I can buy a decent tablet of similar size for a hundred bucks. Charging an extra $150 for a docking station, a controller, and a logo doesn’t sit well with me.

Enamel makes them work better for reactive foods. Tomatoes are notorious for stripping the seasoning off of cast iron pans.
