This is possible. I've had good success with indoor plants at my parents house though. It was only when we moved into an apt with energy efficient windows did my plants refuse to live any longer.

I totally agree. ANY pool is an equity killer. When you buy a house with a pool, you have tons of extra expenses (That may not always be entirely true, but that is how it is perceived). That is a turn-off for just about anyone who isn't looking specifically for a house with a pool.

The simple solution would be to open-source the blueprints, and let people print their own versions, but I doubt he would do that...
