some good (better) explanations here, too.... 🔚

Too bad the woman who co-wrote it is a hateful ass. The Nikki Finke of GoT fandom.

The problem isn’t that the police were called.

I used to work for this company, and I was put on “fat probation” twice. Once was January 2nd, they didn’t give me a chance to try on a larger kilt and told me they were “worried for my health” and that they “just wanted me to “be healthy”. I went from a size 2 to a size 5, still MUCH smaller than the average U.S.…

Yas! Show the dong! But show booty butt cheek first.

Yessss. I think I’m ridiculously pretty, to the point where I wonder if I should feel bad for being so vain. But I’m also actively losing weight. I’m a size 20, so I’m under no illusions I’ll ever be “skinny,” but I just want to be a nice straight-size 16 so I can wear all the cute clothes and fit comfortably in seats…

Wait, are you saying that Andrzej Sapkowski’s stuff comes across like 13-year old fan fiction? Because the unicorn scene apparently was in one of his books, and the series is pretty popular in the guy’s home country and is becoming more popular over here.

A friend of mine, a ghostly pale red-head, chubby, with a distinctly apple shape was in a wedding and the bride picked—and I am not making this up—BRIGHT CANARY YELLOW SHINY SATIN SLEEVELESS SHIFT DRESSES WITH A JEWEL COLLAR. Heidi Klum couldn’t’ve made that thing look good, and all the regular midwestern girls in…

You look beautiful! Pretty dress! Love the color and your flowers.

You look incredible! That dress is beautiful. I love that it isn’t the regular white!

wowsers. you are STUNNING! love this gown on you.

Cute!

!!!!!!!

I am speechless. Other than to say I <3 Obi-Wan & Ventress. (And Soresu is the best no matter what Dooku might have told Ventress.)

IBM’s computer thinks in chocolate and vanilla. Sometimes what it knows is chocolate, sometimes it’s vanilla, sometimes it’s a swirl. Sometimes, though, the swirl melts; then you have to decide if there was more chocolate or more vanilla in that puddle. IBM just hired a fat kid that can tell the difference.

Oh my gosh, I had a great one! The base and flower accents you can see in the back (as well as two rings on the reverse side) are from my mom and dad’s cake topper; from which I removed the horrible doves and repainted. Then using maps of my home I made us. We’re from Winnipeg (my skirt), we got engaged and married at…

One of my groomsmen makes custom action figures as a hobby. The cake topper he made for us involved modifying a set of Thor and Sif action figures. It remains one of my favorite things ever.

We had these adorable bride and groom T-Rexes (atop a Mayan pyramid), basically just because we thought it would be hilarious. The purple veil matched my purple wedding dress. They’re fondant and were made for us by a friend who runs a cake baking business. The toppers were $25. For anyone who happens to reside in…

This gets pretty specific into a fandom, but my husband and I are serious Futurama fans. In one episode, it’s revealed that Scruffy the Janitor and his trusty AI washbucket have a torrid unfulfilled romance. It’s my favorite scene from my favorite show, so I made a modeling clay topper for the groom’s cake. http://imgu…

I’m Chinese & my husband is Korean. To simplify things on our wedding weekend, we didn’t do any traditional Chinese or Korean wedding rites. But we gave a nod to both our individual heritages via our caketoppers: me in a traditional Chinese wedding garment, and he in a traditional Korean wedding garment:

This is my favorite thing ever oh my god. Can you link to the artist? That is fantastic (and surprisingly cheap, from what I’ve seen on the other responses). Also, fellow SWTOR player here ;-)
