You can see storrow because it's on the other side of the river from where he is driving.  He is going down Memorial drive in Cambridge...not storrow in boston

I drove Friday night and all Saturday morning. The fine/imprisonment was more of a scare tactic...completely unenforceable but it worked well. The roads were empty, made for some pretty fun hooning
