If you look at those who’ve raced both series somewhat recently, Montoya and Villeneuve, it looks like Indy/Champ wins are a whole lot easier to come by than an F1 checkered flag. And they seemed to figure out how to manage ovals pretty well. (except maybe driving tanks in Villeneuve’s case).
