Was hoping to see an update to the Xperia XZ2 Compact.  Flagship (at the time) specs in a compact 5 inch screen.  I love mine but the battery is starting to be really bad.  I HATE the trend of these huge phones.  I keep mine in my pocket, I like it small, not jamming me in the nuts.

Whats sad is that if the government ever gets overthrown, the cars that haven’t just wasted away from sitting will likely end up destroyed in an attack or looting, or who knows what.

People in the grays - I got it, just because I made a typo doesn’t mean I know nothing about how a car works. And yes I am a Ferrari fan, and I know if they did it everyone would be yelling CHEATER from the rooftops. Especially if the FIA oked it (well Ferrari just paid them off of course). Its interesting to note Read more

Agree, but from what I have read also the FIA has said its ok “for now”. Doesn’t mean they won’t close that hole.

I agree and depending on how testing continues to go, I’m sure FIArrari will have some grease headed that way.

And where did I say the steering system was part of the suspension?  I didn’t say that, I said adjusting it can affect the suspension.  In reading further on autosport (can’t watch the video here at work) the FIA seems to not care how the wheels are controlled or what direction they turn, however its important to note Read more

I never said steering was a suspension component, I said it affects suspension components which it can. I read the autosport article on this (can’t watch the video here at work) and I can see where it comes from that the FIA said they basically don’t care what direction you make the wheels turn, how you steer them, nor Read more

You do realize F1 has specific rules about both weight and minimum ride height.  While a single cheeseburger isn’t going to do anything, it still makes your point crap.

I’d assume so, still it seems disingenuous to me but I’m not the one who has to make these decisions. I just see how someone like Ferrari is going to look at it.

Thats exactly what I mean. Changing Toe also can affect camber and thrust angle.  Both important aspects of suspension performance.

However changing the toe can have direct affect on many suspension settings such as camber and thrust angle.  So in the end by adjusting the toe via driver, you are adjusting the suspension.

Yes thanks I understand how a car works. Changing the toe can significantly affect camber as well as thrust angle both of which can have a significant affect on how a suspension functions. Hence in changing the toe you are adjusting the suspension.

I had a whole bunch of these things as a kid. If there ever was something for me to be NOT nostalgic for. These are best left in the past. Read more
