This is basically the ending to half of my GTA chases....

I’d love to have been able to hear the van’s driver...

“It’s over, cops. I have the high ground!”

That was one hell of a takedown - great work to the officers. I wonder what it would look like if that minivan had a dashcam.

I know that there are bad cops out there, but if anyone knows what cops have to see everyday, they would give pause as to what their lives are like.

One of those situations when you don’t know what to do, so you keep on driving at 2mph and see if cops show any reaction.

The driver of the van:
after dude jumps into his windshield: HOLY FUCK..
after he’s tackled off the roof: Do i just uhh.. stay here.. or .. pull over or .. what?

You do that, or slow down so some angry resident with an AK-47 gets fed up with you and starts taking potshots. It’s incredibly rude and exactly the kind of thing that makes us unwelcome, but it’s also necessary.

They’re not even strange to me anymore.

You used affect and effect correctly, in the same sentence, no less. This might be the first time in the history of internet comment sections that this has ever happened.

My wife pointed out to me that the class of submarine they show in the movie is the Russian Akula class. They literally jump the shark (akula in Russian) right there in the trailer.

Me: “How did his guy swim miles out into the ocean? Is he Michael Phelps?”

He took the first jump with the potholes and the whoops section at speed and aired them both. That guy in the silver lifted SUV (GMC or whatever it was) that crawled through them like he was driving a stanced Honda over speed bumps is a pussy. What the hell is the point of attending something like this if you’re going…

The guy in the Saturn is the only one that did it right. He has more balls than any of the truck guys
