First, your design would be unsafe, unless it took the weight of the car to activate the power. Second, why ramps? Third, the charging arm would jam as cars backed up.
Not to worry, I have a similar but way better idea, THE TAILHOOK!!
This way the arm comes down and slides into a slot in the pavement. In the recessed,

Back of the envelope calculations make me think it has about half an hour of flight time then 2-8 hours of recharge (depending on mains voltage). That makes it better than a jet pack, but far worse than any other part 105 ultralight. Given a 60-70k$ price tag, I am betting the only place you see these will be chasing

All I know is that the ZKZM-500 has way better performance than the ZKZM-100 while not having all the bells and whistles of the the ZKZM-1000 that drive the cost up.

If RTG’s (Radioisotope Thermoelectric Generators) had 90% efficiency instead of the 10% they get now, and also did back then, this sort of vehicle could have practical applications. That only requires a better thermocouple, which does not seem like too much of a blue sky proposition for the next 50 years of progress.
