Honestly all the main gaming subs are infested with this garbage right now. People saw that it’s an easy way to get a shitton of free karma/reddit gold (both of which have no inherent value, but hey, that’s what happens when you gamify discourse) and jumped on the bandwagon.

Yeah digging through public post history is absolutely not against the ToS.

In that case, why are you so fixated on hating something meant for 11 year-olds?

My take on the final scene is that the timelines/realities/whatever finally converged; if not in a literal, in-universe sense then certainly from our perspective as the audience. The Nadia that went through the loop helped the Alan that didn’t, and the Alan that went through the loop helped the Nadia that didn’t.

is this cultural appropriation

Jamie, pull that up.

That’s true, I was at TI when they had the OpenAI vs paiN. exhibition. IIRC it was crushing them with some super aggressive deathball strats early on, but that wasn’t sustainable since the human players started to outlevel them after a while.

OpenAI vs DeepMind match for TI9 pls

The rationale I’ve seen for APM spamming is that it players do it to keep their rhythm going, so that in the 5-10 seconds per match where they do needs to be using that many inputs they’re ready for it.

Seriously. People want a legitimate Halo experience on PC so badly that they spent thousands of collective man-hours reverse engineering that Russian F2P game, tearing out all the weird loot box stuff, coding a server browser from scratch, and porting maps from the console games (often recreating entire sections

Aren’t there (or weren’t there, I haven’t kept up with the Playstation ecosystem this gen)rules that you can’t include Platinum trophies on games that aren’t full-price?

Yeah, this is really shocking.

I mean there is no “problem” here, I’m just saying that it’s kind of missing the mark to paint every Twitch viewer as some sexist manbaby when a ton of them are children who don’t know anything about these issues.

True. I’m not sure how it works in the States, but here in Canada the victim actually can’t decline to press charges - whether or not a case is pursued is decided by the Crown Prosecutor. IMO it’s a really good system and often serves to protect victims in that exact scenario.

Says a group of males who feel persecuted that this guy was banned.

It was like 2 years ahead of its time in graphics and technical capabilities

seem obsessed with ostentatious displays of wealth, some degree of unspoken criminality, and racism/homophobia/anti-semitism.

Kind of wild that the Wii technically had better Netflix support than the Switch.

Would be really nice if you could do this for other regions, or at least specify that you’re only talking about Netflix US. As a Canadian basically none of the titles on this list even apply to me.

Not really comparable. This isn’t competition, considering Discord and Epic are owned by the same company.
