The transformation occurs after the crown lands on Toadette’s head. So it’s probably Peach controlling Toadette. The “Peach” name has to be prominent. So, if the crown lands on Bowser’s head, then it’s Peachser.

We’re not talking about Bowser here. We’re talking about a Bowser/Peach amalgamation. They’re more likely to choose a name that doesn’t include part of Toadette’s name in it. It would most likely be a combination of Peach and Bowser.
