“...but stuns with superbike acceleration from a stop. At its core, the Ninja 7 Hybrid has the fuel economy of a 250 with the acceleration of a liter bike”

It took my brain a couple seconds to process that headline

I’m VERY surprised they don’t have better traceability on something as safety-critical as seat bolts. Did they not do a PFMEA (as required by ISO 9001/IATF 16949 regulations)? Given the high severity connected to any safety issue and apparent lack of any detection measures, there’s no way in hell training and a work

Dear NHTSA,

My C7 Corvette is special because it’s one of 50,611 with a manual transmission

If you think that’s scary, show up to your local driver exam station on a Saturday morning (or whenever your local place does their motorcycle testing)

The US market Elise was a pig compared to the S1 - roughly 1900lbs vs 1600lbs

EVERY current BMW M is too heavy (and hideous)

Is that a serious question?

I took one to the neck at about 70mph in the middle of nowhere. It hurt. A lot... Then it started swelling up. For a few minutes I really thought I might suffocate on the side of the road from hitting a bug

Most of them were never really serious. The reservation fee was refundable

Switch out the wheels while you’re at it... I saw an X3M recently wearing 295(?)/35 tires on 21" wheels. 19's with proper sidewalls would be much better

I generally would not recommend an automatic Corvette to anyone

I never thought I would buy any GM product but I now own a C7 Corvette. Performance per dollar value is great and the interior is actually pretty nice - I would definitely recommend it to a friend
