I have to agree. Lately I have been playing Super Mario 3D World locally with 3 friends and it has been the most entertaining video game experience I've had in years.

Here's my take on the Mac vs PC debate. You spent $2K on a high end gaming machine. Great! How much did you make playing video games? $0? By contrast, I spent $4K on my Mac, and used it to make over $125K in 2013 as a video professional. And I will continue to make this kind of money off my $4k Mac for at least the…
It looks like you are nailing the atmosphere. Creepy games are much more effective than jump-scare games. I am excited to give this a try!
I can't believe this list. How absurd to think any and every locale in a foreign country should pander to tourists. "All menues should have pictures!" "Don't wrap my purchases!" Japan is wonderful with all it's quirks, and as a tourist you should LOVE these little facets of Japanese life, not bitch about them.
I previously read on Kotaku he only spent 3 days making the game.
Okay I give up. So does Shazam, apparently. Do you know the name and artist?
Was this at Media Play, out of curiosity?
I'm with you. As both a professional video editor and a home theater enthusiast, I find what Microsoft is trying to do outrageously offensive. Down mixing a 5.1 surround feed from my cable box to stereo is dumb, ESPECIALLY in the modern age of 2013, and right now we have no idea if the work-around suggested here is…
I fail to see your point here.
I LOLed at this comment. Just hilarious. Even funnier if you were being serious.
Maybe the size and position are due to radiation.
I have a bunch of these in a box somewhere, likely still at my parent's house. In fact, I have a paperback compilation of all the Mario comics from the same era. However, I read them so often they're all but falling to pieces. Same with my Calvin and Hobbes books.
Veit, FWIW, I enjoyed your response. "For all intensive purposes" tickles me about as much as "a mute point," "irregardless," and "could care less" does. These are everyday slights, but I would want to know if I was saying it incorrectly.
Off topic, but one of the reasons I enjoy Kotaku, IO9 and the rest of the family is because the commenters are often smart, well-read and have concrete things to add to a conversation, instead of spouting ignorant nonsense like some other blogs I've come across. This is such a comment.
Anyway, good stuff, sir.
Nobody talks shit behind my back, because I am nice as FUCK to retail and restaurant/hospitality workers. :) Catch more flies with honey and whatever.
AMERICAN ENGLISH RULEZZORMFG!!!1!
Boy, Nintendo should try something like this.
Ahhh I see.
