Can’t you build one of those Factory Five replicas with an honest to God American V8 for about this much?

He lives in an apartment building; doubt they’d put an L2 charger in for him
Moving the needle is not enough for what we are up against. Which includes people actively working against the fight against climate change.
I said the Civic was busy, not the Golf. I seriously doubt this thing is going to take a dip in sales as I’m not convinced people buy GTIs for their looks. They’re not ugly but they’re not beautiful or distinctive either. They just kind of are, usually in East Berlin Gray. No different than Lexus sales not budging…
I think more screens are dumb (even with a TLX as my daily) but every car I’ve driven with a screen had an option to turn them off and more imporantly had zero impact on the control of my driving experience. I.e. it’s not like the screen in any car will take over the primary controls of the car.
How has the existence of the Mach-E changed the regular Mustang?
Hot take cancer is spreading.
Different from boring doesn’t have to mean busy and hideous. I hate the Civic Type R too. But no Golf has ever looked as good as something like the current Clio/Megane, or the 147, or the last Mazda 3. It has good, clean details and the best proportions an economy car can have but I’d never call it beautiful. And the…
The Volkswagen GTI is a signifier of good taste in cars.
I don’t understand this take. The MK7 looks just as boring.
Hell you don’t even have to look that far. I’d wager the dozens of people I see on their phones every day would jump in an AV in a heartbeat.
Every cheap economy car and $70K German car without lighting package: Do I not exist or what? Helloo?
The only way the internet will be satisfied is if Mazda literally gives them away. Because there is no way in hell the bulk of the people demanding a new RX would ever buy one.
A retail price for that thing would have made you scream. And EVs are kind of a hassle today. Imagine the hurdles of charging and battery degradation 20 years ago. I think it was a good engineering exercise but hardly a good mainstream daily
Bro the EV1 was kind of garbage. Gas prices didn’t kill it. The Prius came out while gas was equally cheap and survived.
1st gear- In today’s news, people aren’t excited to pay 2x for a car to get a less convenient powertrain. Is water still wet? Tricia Takanawa investigates after the commercial break.
This is good for trucks and crossovers but not sports cars
The gap has been closed. I’d go as far as to say most mainstreamers have nicer interiors than the old F30, even in higher trims.
If halo cars worked, Nissan wouldn’t be in deep doo doo, and Honda would have before the CTR came over. They’re a drain on resources and focus from products people actually need and buy.
Why? So Jalop chowderheads can battle each other for the worst excuses possible on why they won’t buy one? Are you 16?
