You honestly have no ability to read do you?
You honestly have no ability to read do you?
Haha no worries, it is easy to get heated over the internet. I appreciate you saying so.
I agree with all of that, but that is tiny compared to what they COULD be doing. And as the only people on the planet with those resources, they SHOULD be.
What is considered a pork program is subjective though. A lot of conservatives consider things like Planned Parenthood to be pork when it provides vital healthcare needs to people who would have a hard time finding/affording it elsewhere. There are certainly many programs which are useless, but they are pocket change…
In the mean time, Time Warner Cable has finally managed to deliver 10 Mbps out of the 15 Mbps they promised! That's ignoring the pathetic 100 KB/s upload speed!
It will be interesting to see if biotech will be able to catch up with synthetic material science in the next couple of decades. More and more of synthetic material research is towards emulating or replicating biological processes, but if we could figure out how to simply grow our own biological mechanisms, it could…
You have to be one of the least intelligent people responding to me in these comment threads.
Yeah, like those guys. I like those kinds of rich people, but even then I wish they were doing more with that money now, taking the time to insure it is invested in effective measures and not just given away whilly-nilly after they die.
Simple charity is bullshit and does nothing to solve the problems of humanity. Sure I could give up all my savings and feed 1,000 children for a few years, but how does that solve the problem of hunger?
I work in a startup, I understand exactly what you are talking about. Our investors are great guys, but their motivation is still to make more money and less about actually doing great things for humanity.
You seriously lack reading comprehension if that is your response to my comments. "I employ valets..." are you fucking kidding me?
Ah I see. You do make a good point about New York City, it really is one of the best places to go to find opportunities to move up in the world.
I am far from poor, and I never said you couldn't make it if you were born into poverty. But that is the exception and FAR from the rule. It is great that America allows that to happen, but America does a whole lot more to keep poor people poor and rich people rich.
The conversation kind of moved beyond discussing just 21 year olds. It is more about the lack of effort by rich people of all ages.
Why can't I just pay per MB I use across all my devices?
You are seriously incapable of reading comprehension.
You misread the last part.
I wish it were that simple, but trickle down economics has been proven not to work time and time again.
None of the above.
My judgments and comments have very little to do with this article or those photos.
