I agree aesthetically that Android ICS looks very appealing and clean, but once you actually have to start using Android apps...

If private companies aren't willing to do it on their own (they certainly could, but they are all scared of the tiniest risk), it is up to the government to make the incentive. However that would add to our debt.

What are you talking about? Sure there is some litter here and there, but New York is pretty clean compared to a number of cities I've seen.

Was this maybe 2 to 3 years ago? I remember something quite similar. I was biking downtown in Manhattan along the East River and the cloud front (literally a sheer wall of cloud with sunny skies over Brooklyn) was coming from the West.
