I don't know what that 300MB limit listed on Dropbox is, possibly the limit when uploading from your smartphone? From anywhere else it is entirely unlimited.
Aw man, this is going to be a tough decision whether to stay with Dropbox or switch to GDrive or somehow use both.
Because Google Drive is likely to integrate with a lot more 3rd party services than Skydrive.
You always have been able to share Folders with other dropbox users, and I believe they added this feature as a limited beta for some users, so that may be what you had.

Delicious is more about saving sites. Pinterest is more about saving images and video.
Pinterest is far more visual and social than Delicious, but is also heavily biased towards women (not on purpose).
