If you look at pure number specs alone, yes it is overpriced, but if you look at all the effort that went into designing the hardware (fantastic trackpad, keyboard, screen, etc), the OS, and the Apple ecosystem then it isn't so bad.

I'm not saying get rid of all manned aircraft for CAS, I'm saying that the trends we are seeing suggest we will need far less manned aircraft in the near future. UCAVs will be vastly more capable over the next two decades, and we still have no realistic scenarios in which we will be fighting air battles anytime soon.
