I WANT THIS SO BAD! Unfortunately, Crack Pipe, but I WANT IT!

Benjamin, cool write up, and I soulfully share your love of well built, reliable old vehicles like that '78 Subie. Few things are as enjoyable as taking an old, solid, reliable, infotainment-free vehicle for a long drive, simply to enjoy driving it and appreciate the elegant engineering behind it.

Not gonna lie, that was about the best sounding, most boring video I've seen all day. I have better drift sessions in rental cars. Yeah yeah, that Aventador costs more than some people's houses, but a confident driver could've put on a much better show.

Haha. That was a funny joke.

Seems as though you lost your sense of humor in the couch cushion as well.

RRRUH.

I heard, I was really hoping it would make it down here, but all we got was cold and clouds!

Rockin video, man! What did you shoot with? The quick autofocus and slight rolling shutter looks smartphone-y.

I think this was actually a really well done commercial. I liked it.

I actually kind of like the rear fascia.

Yes sir. BMW iDrive, Mercedes mbrace2 (whatever the hell that is supposed to mean), My Ford Touch, Cadillac CUE. All pointless, complicated, expensive, inevitably malfunctioning piles of junk. But that's what people think they want these days. Well, they are wrong!

I detest winter, so I'm okay with it being nonexistent here in Texas. HOWEVER. I am insanely jealous of snow drifting. I would literally be out driving all day long. The 1 or 2 times I've been able to do it here in Austin have been incredible.

Haha I thought it was Rogan too.

Check out duurtlang's reply.

Exactly. The Catera could be thought of as German-ish, but certainly not German.

Hell, I still do!

Which means their strategy is working! And for good reason. The ATS finally has some serious American engineering behind it that is far outside of GM's comfort zone. It's also pretty damn good looking.

I find it interesting that, in '97, the Catera was essentially introduced into the luxury market to position Cadillac the same way they are hoping the current ATS will do today. That is to say they are targeting younger, more "sport-oriented" (cheaper?) buyers.

Incredible. I don’t understand how people can possibly complain when we experience such minor inconveniences like that.
