So, I have a couple of questions about the pee tape and this seems as good a place as any to ask it.

I have an extremely vivid childhood memory of watching ‘Fame’ and feeling horrified in the scene where a young woman goes to a modeling gig and is told to remove her shirt, which she does, crying the entire time. She wasn’t a child, the actress may not have even been a teenager, but her trauma was palpable.

I’m currently doing a long-distance thing with a man who is an end-of-statement-emoji abuser and it honestly turns me off a bit. And we’re old, so it’s not like he’s a digital native who is just used to communicating this way. Argh.

He’s written some of my all-time favorite songs but I have had a sneaking suspicion that seeing him live would be awful.

What the fuck is happening in that photo? Is he in adult footie pajamas?

Wow. That is both hilarious and tremendously cruel.

Those are some generous pours in their wine glasses!

Yeah, I was mostly sad and in shock but I could see if someone was feeling vengeful that leaving them alone with all of your worldly belongings would be a risky proposition.

This sounds pretty awesome except for the drunken raging at his wife part.

That sounds super gross. Limes are cheap! Use some damn citrus!

I laughed so loud I alarmed the actual dog in my house. This is hilarious.

The worst part (maybe, there were quite a few worst parts) was that I was also looking for a place to live because I couldn’t afford to stay in our house alone. So, I got dumped, had 30 days to find a new place, AND had to divide up all of our stuff. It sucked.

I’ve got to disagree with the advice to tell your boyfriend that you’re dumping him and then leaving him to sort out/divide up your stuff. I was in the boyfriend’s shoes when my last long-term relationship ended and to this day I think that leaving that task to me was some cowardly bullshit.

I’m not in the mood to look up how this was generated but does it take into account the significant student loans that many med students take on? All of my doctor friends have significant debt, some into triple digits, which will eat into their projected lifetime earnings.

This is delightful

‘Testerical’ is an excellent word.

I think Uncle Bonsai was where I heard it first. That’s a blast from the past!

Gotcha.

Now playing

In the late 80's there was a lady folk group in Seattle that had a song about SNAGs. I was a little too young to get the nuances of the song, but I clearly remember my mom’s friends cackling whenever it was played.

I worked with someone who could be described in the same way. He was finally fired after 5 years of bullshit. Hoping it won’t take as long to get rid of this asshole.
