I generally finish most games with a plot and explored every detail, ending etc. at least once.

In the first DA I too seem to remember fighting the same enemy for what seemed like an eternity. Been a while since i played it mind so my memory might be off.

Is Bruce a geek though? He's king of the B-movies and has a geek following.

I'm blown away by your well reasoned arguments.

How many articles really mention her looks though? Generally speaking all mentions of her appearance are found in the comments, usually in a thread arguing whether she is attractive or not ad infinitum.

On what planet is Felicia Day ugly? Sure she may not be your type and you find her unattractive in the sense that you don't find her attractive but ugly?

How is it even possible to remotely see a tentacled bear?

@Beatcamel: Those episodes were in season 2 weren't they?

@artum: The minisodes even tell us that the battle above the ice planet was his first combat in a viper.

@burnhollywood: But in the mini-series the ships don't seem to use FTL readily until the Cylons attack and some ships don't even have FTL.

I blame pornography giving these whales unrealistic impressions of what real loving mating is like.

During the mini-sodes didn't Adama say he hadn't been in combat before?

Imposed grinding in single player games.

@Barman1942: I agree, i'd rather they had made the Atlantis movie and then called it a day for the franchise, at least for a little while. Better than giving us 2/5ths of a story (SG:U) and missing off the last chapter or so of another (Atlantis).

@ripfire: Hasn't the final episode been filmed? Or at least in advanced stage of production?

The show poisoned itself early in season one with the episodes Earth and Life. These two episodes were very Earth centric and were not in my opinion very good. They may have worked at some other point in the series but not this early.

@DocStrail: Shanks i think, has always been the most honest about the future of the franchise. He was first to say that anymore SG-1 or SGA movies were unlikely a couple of years back.

Did the lack of a good theme tune contribute to the show? LOL.

I think the Stargate franchise as we know is dead. SG:U was the Enterprise of the SG franchise, an attempt to revitalise instead killed it and unlike Star Trek Stargate doesn't have enough cultural impact to even have the prospect of a pseudo-continuation.
