With Caprica and now SG:U binned once Fringe goes (and my gut tells me it will) that will be it, they'll be no more sci-fi shows i watch anymore.

I like how Codemasters says the F1 2010 game is more exciting than Gt5.

@scifi-ED: I agree also, i don't like a lot of TV but i don't go around bad mouthing it or cheering upon it's cancellation. 1) That's potentially someones job on the line, 2) it's unfair on the fans of the show and 3) it's just a TV show, hating it with passion is stupid (loving it to the extreme is also stupid).

@Chip Overclock: The Sarah Conner Chronicles dipped in quality mid-way through season two in my opinion. It picked up towards the end but the damage was done.

Does anyone else feel like the writers are perhaps anticipating bad news so they are building up to a potentially well rounded finale?

Too much padding in the first batch of episodes. Some episodes didn't seem to progress the overall story along too much either.

How many will really bother watching it now?

I really can't be bothered with the BSG universe anymore. It should have ended with the last episode of BSG.

@JRD_2: It is my theory that the series would naturally conclude with the war starting.

Stargate Atlantis became an unnecessary spin off in my opinion. It started off interesting enough filling out in some episodes the ancient Ancients and some exploration of the Wraith. Then at some point, maybe in the second season it all fell apart with increasingly McKay centric episodes at the expense of the other…

Syfy doing the same thing they did (doing) with Stargate, they won't let a series die a dignified death.

Perhaps it's just me but does Murray look older than 60 in that picture?

Portman in a prequel, blah. I found all her scenes awful and unconvincing, the films weren't solid acting wise in general but her scenes annoy the hell out of me.
