You’re not very bright are you. That has nothing to do with the issue here. You should probably work on your basic comprehension skills when you get a chance.

Based on what? The appeal isn’t about the scandel itself, the appeal is about Goodell overstepping his bounds. The judges ruling is based in several facts that are not in dispute.

Wow, just.... wow. Someone is seriously invested.

Just when I thought I was over the NFL.... they draw me back in! No man can resist the lulz at Goodell AND head tweets from team exec’s wives.

Oh yeah, this is why I want this “scandal” to go on and on and on...

This, all day with this.... just what a shitty Monday needs, pure wonder. More please.

So you’re saying a company is liable for the misdeeds of their employees based solely on unproven accusations? I’m not at all trying to minimize the pure shit this guy put on the world but I don’t think I want to live in a world where a company essentially has to play cop for every accusation they hear about their

But YOU are actually having an argument with someone you don’t know and will never know. So seriously, I’d say on the pathetic scale you win.

Yes, because addiction is entirely willful.

Other than the fact that he’s not blaming TMZ for any of those things, you’re spot on. He’s blaming TMZ for exploiting all that shit. His marrying into that joke of humanity family aside of course.... that one he brought on to himself.

So basically office windows are among the things it’s justifiable to kill someone over. I wonder if they rank above or below a pack of Swishers.

I was willing to listen to your take until I read “part of some of the best music ever recorded”.... and you totally lost me.

This. A thousand times this.

Wow, that’s mighty..... arrogant of you to assume that. Lots of people outside of those proffesions use that word. But I suppose you have to think that way if you want to keep the “I’m special” narrative going in your head.

Except for the fact that the entire decision was based on text messages Brady failed to turn over. I’m sure you’d be all for your employer going through your private text messages right? I mean, who cares about privacy and all that nonsense.

ok I get that, but it still seems way to limiting for the majority of voters who really do a thorough job in that task. Don’t you want voters who not only know current or recent players but also voters that have some historical context too?

What’s the logic behind this? Are they saying they’re too far removed from the game? Does that mean anyone on the ballot for 20 years doesn’t get a vote since the only voters allowed will not have covered him?

I’d destroy my phone too if my employer asked to see my personal texts. That one is all about privacy. In my case I’d probably get fired, but in this case there’s no way that was going to happen. It was a total smart move on Brady’s part.

That’s all well and good but if my employer asked to see my personal texts I’d tell them to fuck off too. It’s a legitimate privacy concern.

I appeciate your sentiment but I don’t need luck. Those of us who see things reasonably do just fine with out it. Have a nice day.
