Yeah, I wish I could get this on PC, but I'll probably end up getting it anyway because there are a few good-looking summer of arcade games that I'll hopefully be able to wrangle into a solid amount of MS points...if not, I guess I can throw some down on the indie uprising.

Ah, my mistake then. Still, that tends to be corporate-cover-up for when they don't want to make it but don't want to block themselves out of changing their mind in the future...

Didn't they flat-out deny it earlier, though? :/

Is that extra content really that much of a boon to them? Does/would metacritic really get a lot of traffic from people checking the review scores of awful games?

But Leonard Nimoy doesn't do the voices in Civ V... :(

That...is indeed genius! As soon as it figures out what "one more turn" means, they'll never get around to taking over the world...

Glad to hear this. I'm loving downloadable and <$20 games more and more every day, so this can only mean good news.

I think it is better than Facebook, but I don't know if it has what it takes to really dethrone Facebook at this point. Facebook has a serious mass of people, including people who are the slowest to adopt stuff like this, and they may not see it as worth it to go to an unpopulated service when they're happy with

Yeah I'm kind of intrigued after playing the demo. And considering that on top of the facts that a) I'm a fan of Atlus and b) Atlus took somewhat of a risk localizing this, I think I want to support them by buying this. My only worry is that the "choices" will be the same kind of really stark "oh-so-evil" versus

To be honest, if I still played FFXI and I knew I would get a Vita, this would be kind of cool. The idea that you could take an MMO with you adds a whole new level of addictedness!

Yeah, and they are kind of taking a risk localizing this. I remember it was sort of in limbo and it seemed like they weren't going to do it.

I don't know much about Oldboy, but I don't think remakes are about the quality or the relatability of the original (or at least they don't need to be). I just think there is almost always more than one way to do a movie, and sometimes there can be multiple ways to do a movie well. Look at Shakespeare, lots of

Oh I wasn't trying to say that it wasn't. I haven't listened to it, I wouldn't know. But honestly, I can't tell the difference between a good Japanese dub and a bad one.

I liked the English dubs in the demo.

Aw, that's no fun. But I can't exactly criticize you because I might be doing that as well, but likely not pre-owned. I like Atlus, I kind of want to support them...

I had the volume issue too. It was kind of annoying, because I'm staying with my parents until the end of the summer, and I waited until they went to bed, but with the volume jumping around I'm afraid of waking them up, heh.

Yeah, I see what you mean. I died once or twice in the demo on easy...that's probably not a good sign, heh.

I have the android version, and I don't think it does. The zombie mode is kind of fun, but it gets difficult at times because you still need sun to spawn the zombies, and you get sun by eating the sunflowers...

I dunno, I don't see it as such a big deal. I can understand the issues with acting as though the original didn't exist, but there is nothing wrong with reinterpreting a classic. I mean, in theatre, "remakes" (not that they would be called that) are the norm—if you don't get "remade," you stop existing. I don't
