I saw a conformation of seasons a while back. They are usually really good about throwing in everything you need to evolve all pokemon. There will be a mossy rock in some forest somewhere for Leafeon, you'll find a Magmarizer laying around somewhere for Magmar etc.

sort of, but it made no sense. you had to beat the game to get the keys for easy and challenge modes, but they don't work for you. you have to trade them to someone with the opposite game. even then, you already beat the game, what good would easy mode be to you then?

dont forget the type shifting of many pokemon to fairy as well as dual type attacks as well. so maybe less completely new 'mons but a lot of 'mons you will use in new ways.

The issue with a superman who will kill presents itself in a Superman Vs Batman battle. Even in the Dark Grim Frank Miller world, the only reason Batman has a chance against superman is because superman is unwilling to cross that line and seriously hurt/kill batman.
