I agree with you. This is like the IRS going after me for failing to file a tax return one year on my $65k salary, instead of going after the corporations and ultra-rich exploiting loopholes. I get that it’s EASIER to go after the small potatoes, but who does that really help?

I want that Caterham poster now. Great shot!

NICE! I’m jealous. If I didn’t already have my Spitfire, I would probably have one too.

Thanks for watching!

Yea, I mean, we would have had to pay whatever they wanted, so happy they did it for nothing. It was super confusing though, kiosk spits out 3 passes, but won’t let us print my wife’s and says “SEE AGENT”. I thought maybe my wife was like an international spy for 3 or 4 minutes.

Yeah, just like how there would be a difference in chases on foot between “police unjustifiably shoots and kills suspect” and “suspect runs off the edge of a cliff while being chased and dies”

I agree. 23 errors doesn’t necessarily mean 23 problems, and likely doesn’t.

Not defending the problems, but this reads like some kind of major grounding issue.

It’s all true. People are talking about it.

He didn’t watch the video.

And I’d rather be in some new car that scored 5 stars recently...

I know it’s just a game, and the video is very funny, but at then end there, I think it makes an excellent point. (Maybe accidentally?) The dog made it without being detected. While humans need to be at the top of the avoidance pyramid, us dog lovers would also like some respect for our canine companions!

Driving in Houston. If you are driving at 20 to 30 mph below 90% of the rest of traffic YOU are the danger, not the people driving faster.

Maybe I’m way off base here, but comparing your pic to the one to the top, it appears that “what could’ve been” and what actually is are pretty similar

Minor quibble, the computers are only X% focused on not hitting things (because 100-X% is the other things the computer is doing to facilitate the operation of the vehicle) but you make a good point: they’re checking on how that’s going thousands of times a second with a degree of consistency much higher than humans

Yeah, I don’t see how that’s a pet peeve for other people.  Who cares what another driver is doing unless they fall asleep or something?

I will happily sit in my warm car pumping gas when it’s -20 below with a negative -50 below windchill. Anyone that sits out in those temps and pumps gas is just an idiot IMO.

When it’s -20 and with the wind chill -40, you won’t want to stand outside for 5 minutes while filling your vehicle.

What the actual fuck is this? Spanfeller should Jezebel this site immediately.

i mean obviously turn your car off, but why would you stand outside in the freezing cold while your gas pumps when you can just sit inside your car
