I can’t see the video at work, but NO factory vehicle (that I’ve ever driven) allows you to keep the fog lights on with the high beams. It’s a legal thing (I forget what the law is exactly, but it basically doesn’t allow that combination to be a thing.)

I had to override the wiring on my old Outback to allow me to keep

It’s interesting to think about what *could* have happened here. If you watch the video, it’s apparent that he was a bit slow to “properly” countersteer into the slide (I don’t know if he just thought it would sort itself out or what, but it was quite a while before he realized that he would have to do something to

I own a BRZ too. It only understeers if you’re a n00b. #BRZmasterrace!

(You didn’t think I’d see this comment, did you!)

My mind is boggled at the comments I’m reading down here. Everything from “he’s an asshole,” to “he doesn’t care about his kids safety.”

What. The. Fuck. Are you people serious?!

1. The kids seem to be having fun. Hell, I’d love to try this challenge. I dunno any kid that wouldn’t find this amusing.

2. The dad seems to

Cool story, bro. There is a difference between what “overly sue-happy American lawyers” deem safe, and what is actually safe according to common sense and physics.

For example, my BRZ isn’t “designed” to tow anything, but is perfectly capable of towing my 650 lb trailer at 70 MPH on the highway without ANY issues. My

Exactly this. (I literally squared this away with State Farm this morning.) My only outstanding question is about vehicle tow ratings. Similarly to how this exceeds the Mercedes’ manufacturer-stated tow ratings, the small tire trailer exceeds my BRZ’s “this vehicle is not designed to tow” tow ratings, and I’m

Calling all insurance experts: What happens if you are involved in an accident (that is not your fault) while towing a trailer with a vehicle that is not “meant” to tow a trailer. Like what if I’m towing a small tire trailer with my BRZ, and someone runs a red light and t-bones me?

My insurance company tells me there

I’m assuming this footage was extracted from the crushed remains of a cellphone after this guy was run over by a rally car that oversteered just a bit too much around that turn.

As someone who has messed with LED bulb replacements for years now, I knew exactly what this outcome would be. LED bulbs just don’t reflect properly in housings that aren’t specifications designed for them. Exactly what you said is true, they blind the shit out of everyone.

Faulty logic. He is Australian, therefore he is aware of just how deadly large insects can be.

As long as you don’t pronounce it like “Sunday,” you’re good.

Hoy-oon-dye

Clearly you’ve never actually tried to pull them apart. Once they are properly snapped together, the only way to separate them again is with a time machine.

Good god that tractor looks fucking TERRIFYING. Couldn’t they at least give it a friendlier face???

Probably weird DRL things because those are all the rage these days, but they might be separate reflectors meant to shine light on the road directly ahead of the vehicle. Our New Flyer buses have that. Look at the housing below. It is fully LED with the exception of the high-beam bulb in the multi-reflector housing.

The stupidity of your comment has Driven[me]toInsanity...

Hello fellow FT86Club person!

BRILLIANT! Lol.

Lol. It's the same username I invented for AIM when I was, like, 12.
