I assume M'aiq is a liar?

My beloved pet mouse died a few months ago. He was not the least bit afraid of my hands, and in fact loved LOVED being pet. He would close his eyes in contentment. Xeexee was a very special mouse, but he did exist.

Eeee! OMG. So cute!

Aw. She's pretty and cute. I wish I had a video of my budgies (parakeets) sneezing, because it is a tiny and adorable sound.

Yeah, I was going to say... I grew up in Eureka/Arcata, and people very rarely wear heels there. I guess the population of Humboldt just isn't enough to offset SoCal.

You are not. I have always thought so.

We never got him genetically tested, but this is the last photo taken of my labby Bella and Jesse, who was most likely part husky or malamute. They were both fantastic dogs.

Great. Now I have to watch Spaced again.

That is genius. I'll have to try that next time I'm in Europe.

Most mammals become intolerant of their species' milk after they are weaned because they aren't expected to need to be able to

When people tell me to smile I usually do, but extremely sarcastically, or like this:

Awesome! What a clever puppy!

One thing that's important to remember is that getting yourself into a more positive mindset is not a light switch; it requires continued effort. I've recently made some changes that are slowly digging me out of depression. One of those changes was simply getting a new kind of shampoo. The smell of the one I had

I'm crying with laughter, here. I lost it at "...while the bride and groom continued to glare at their strangely uncooperative guests." Why does this story not have more stars?

Holy crap.
