One my favorite sub-genres of HORRIBLE internet takes is when someone takes two statements that two different people or groups of people made and pretends that one person or group said both things... to get that sweet sweet exposing hypocrisy in a comment section high.

I’d say there’s no big need for Trek movies as long as we have Trek shows. Trek movies have twice given the franchise a boost when there were no Trek shows.

Potentially unpopular opinion: There should not be Star Trek movies. As much fondness as I have for a few of the ST films (2, 4, 6...), the essence of Trek is about things that cinema isn’t really the right medium for.

Really surprised to see the negativity here Mandolorian was one of the new Star Wars things almost universally praised especially the 1st season. Not sure why everyone is so down on it think they could make a great movie and the shorter story format hopefully keeps it tight and action packed! Personally I'm excited!

What in the hell is the matter with everyone and being so damn fixated on TLOU Part 2 as season 2? There is a 5 year gap between Part 1 and Part 2 with TONS of story there to work with and build on. To go STRAIGHT to Part 2 in the second season would be the stupidest thing they could do and I really hope its not what’s…
