Lots and lots of online support, therapy with a focus on abusive relationships and family-of-origin issues, and many self-help books. I’m way better now than I was 10 years ago. It’s like night and day.

Has anyone out there recovered from a romantic relationship with a narcissist/sociopath and moved on to a full, content life? How did you heal? I’m pretty much hopeless right now.

Guys, I saw Mad Max today and not only was it amazing, but Michael Moore was sitting in the row in front of me and he loved it, too. I high-fived him as we were walking out— it just seemed like the right thing to do.

I’ve started going down to the beach and having a coffee before I go to work. It’s helping me to have a calmer, more positive day. Anyone else have a morning ritual that helps for a good start to the day?

Sometimes I have to go back to high school, because I somehow have to complete a forgotten requirement, and have to take a big test that I didn’t study for. Naked. I’m there naked. I think it’s anxiety.

Very welcoming. It asks for a bunch of info at first just so they can filter you away from people and stuff you are not into.
