Considering when development began (2007 - PS3 generation) to where we are at now (2014 - PS4 generation), it's probably better that it got cancelled. Frankly, I thought it was cancelled a few years ago but I guess it is...or isn't....official now.

You can only buy it and check out but it still needs to be directly downloaded from your PS3. I thought I would be able to buy it and transfer to PS3 via flash but sadly that isn't possible.

These are only available at this event. There are 5 characters and they're releasing one new character a month. I expect that some opportunists will buy them up and you'll find them at extremely inflated prices on Amazon or Ebay in a short while. That Soundwave is friggin' cool.
