Right? I have a friend who did some post-bac work at Columbia who always says she went to Columbia and got into Columbia (while at the same time disparaging Ivies). Meanwhile, there were people in our grad program who legitimately got their bachelors at Columbia. It just smacks of insecurity to me.

But, but Dodai you're my favorite :(

Same. I am also perfectly ok with it working on me. I am happy to buy from companies that do things like this. Representation is important. It's important to see that "family" encompasses more than straight white parents and two kids, that they come in all shapes and sizes.

I hope so at least. It may be wishful thinking on my part, but I feel that Prof. Keating is at least 5 moves ahead of everyone with the exception of the sorority girl's murder.

I wonder if some of that was Prof. Keating playing them (the other students) against each other. Also Paris (the blonde lady, don't know the character or actress's name) seemed really into the idea so maybe they knew something about the clerk Dean Thomas was getting the info from.

Crazy Mellie is a lifestyle blog I can get behind.

"Jamie Dornan and Bill Murray played what I can only assume is the only game of golf I might actually care about."

Oh man, sealed with blood into a suit of honor, having to earn a body back. You're right. This is much better :)

I have decided to now and forever more interpret "So-and-so got his/her body back" as So-and-so victoriously emerging from the spirit world after a life or death adventure and is now back in their body.

My cat is not Eleanor. She is Eleanor of Aquitaine, Queen Dowager of England. And don't you forget it.

In regards to LW2: Fuck. That. Guy. Caretaking is exhausting. Anyone who takes a patronizing and condescending tone with someone who is busy taking care of not only a child but an elderly parent with a serious illness can go straight to hell.

Great, the episode is at the 30 minute mark and now I'm bawling. That cemetery scene SO MANY FEELS

A fabulous robe. And yes, I'm currently trying to find one for myself.

She's in a robe and bowling. I didn't think I could love her more, and yet I was just proven wrong.

As a Mariners fan, I must laugh at jokes like these to keep from crying over how true they are.

I thought that as well. While I am skeptical that the idea of their children being taught a watered down/inaccurate version of history will anger parents, I am supremely confident the prospect of their little snowflake getting anything less than a 4 on the exam will have them out in droves.

I don't know. I can name lots of people have been frozen in carbonite and forced to land on an asteroid to repair their ship.

I personally only eat rare nothing burgers. You can really taste the nothingness.

I always imagine people who rail against SJW as people that are upset that others are pointing out uncomfortable truths about their lives. (i.e. straight white boys who resent being told that they maybe kind of have it easier than women and minorities as a group)

Why is this way down at the bottom?! This movie is great. Where else can you see Matthew Broderick having hilarious one-sided conversation with God? It has action, magic, and a happy ending. What's not to like?
