I wouldn’t be so quick to make that type of assumption. On their website, you can find a list of the ingredients they do not use in their ‘clean’ products. That list does NOT include Transglutaminase, commonly known as meat glue. I’m sure their deli meats include the stuff. The chicken - maybe, maybe not? Just sayin’.…

Similarly, I’ve found that a cup of water placed in the microwave will help with foods that generally cook unevenly, like a leftover slice of pizza. Takes a bit longer, but helps keep the crust edible while still melting the cheese all around.
