Using a restaurant card for restaurant purchases and a grocery card for grocery purchases doesn’t give you extra rewards, you’re still only getting rewards once for each purchase. It’s a great strategy, but it’s not double dipping.

And then take that juice and make popsicles out of it so it lasts even longer. I do it all the time with straight watermelon juice, and my daughter complains that it’s *too sweet* for her. Maybe I should water it down.
“Usually, those large warnings MMOs have to warn players of attacks are useful from a top-down view, but from third person, it led to us finding ourselves confused”
The grapes were *so* infamous that there were multiple people who independently decided to cosplay as them for Fan Fest.
Same. I get that Tidus is a name in Japan with its own meaning and that’s how they pronounce it there, but that doesn’t mean I like it.
It is not, YET, until October, when 6.5 comes out.
I don’t think I could ever give up beef. I’m borderline anemic so my brain really rewards me for eating iron-rich foods. Beef, dark green veggies, black beans... I’d be more likely to agree to give up sugar.
I was there at Fan Fest, and it’s hilarious how TWO DYES PER GEAR PIECE got more and louder cheers from the audience than... pretty much everything said during the keynote other than the actual Dawntrail teaser itself.
Maybe it depends on climate. It’s very dry where I live, and tomatoes easily last weeks on my countertop, as long as they haven’t been damaged. I’ve had apples and potatoes go bad faster, and I never put them in the fridge either. I’ve got several tomatoes sitting on my counter right now that I picked in my backyard…
Yes, but what about *hot* honey? A little spiciness won't hurt either....
Here in California, I mostly use it to kill ants. Mixed with sugar, they’ll take it back to their nest and feed it to their queen, then the whole nest dies.
The problem with “water until it comes out the bottom” is that the water pools up and runs down the sides of the pot and straight out the holes on the bottom before it has a chance to soak in.
Doesn't seem to work for me. I've got nasturtiums all over the garden (they're great in salads, practically a vegetable for me) and I never see aphids on them. I started to give up on the carrots in one bed this week, and only a few are bigger around than my finger after being in the ground for five months.
Especially when the primary audience this should be for is children who need more convincing to go to bed on time. I definitely do not want them to have an excuse to have their phone in bed with them with the screen turned on.
Buying the most recent expansion always includes the ones that came before it, but if you’re a brand new player wanting to get in you need the base game as well, so they bundle them together for the price of base game + Endwalker.
Yet another reason to stay the hell away from those two states.
I *wish* I could grow carrots quickly. 90 days is an optimistic pie in the sky dream. I got mine started in the ground in February and March as soon as the weather started to warm again, and they’re only now technically getting big enough to eat though they’re still super tiny whenever I pull one up. Our hot weather…
Really not much of a change over how it exists now. You can get the base game for like $5 on sale, not much difference with it being free and charging money for all the extra content.
I actually used to wash everything together, whites with colors, but I found that over time things like towels and white t-shirts would start looking a bit dingy and gray. Now I wash everything but the whites together, but do a separate white load with regular bleach. It really helps keep the white stuff looking nice.
That’s how things like this usually end in real life. No heroic last-minute save, no, it turns out they were already dead the whole time.
