Totally anecdotal, but most of the cases of glitches I've seen are you/the player falling out of the map.
The only real glitch I came across so far, I entered a smoke vent to shoot up to the roof, but instead fell through the world and died.
I always wanted to see that glitch but I never encountered it.
Assassin's Creed 4: Black Flag still looks (mostly) beautiful.
In the newest SimCity you might be able to fit one village into the map.

I think its quite a bit better than Ryse. I think the ultimate IQ is better, the resolution is higher, and at the same time its doing all of it in a much more detailed open world setting. All of this combined makes it much more technically impressive.
