@Sigismond0: And pausing for pee breaks! That's gotta be worth at least $5.

$30 is pretty steep if you're watching it on your own, sure. But if you've got two or more people who are willing to split it, it's cheaper than the theater. Factor in snacks, gas, parking, driving time, etc. and you are way ahead. You only lose out on the theater experience, but most people have a good enough home

@SparklyJesus: Well if you've got a handful of people to watch with you it's cheaper per person than the theater. Not to mention snacks...

@vein11: And Windows should be above both because it does everything that has ever been done on a computer.

Here's the problem with lists like this. Half of the players are adding games based on how GOOD they are (what with it being about the best games of all time); while the other half are adding games based on how INFLUENTIAL or IMPORTANT they were. These are incredibly different categories and really ought to be

@fasst27: Yeah, it makes no sense at all. It should run at the native resolution when on the iPad. I have several apps that are retina compatible, but I still have to pixel-double.

@Hvedhrungr: I simply cannot fathom how it is difficult to drive a automatic car...

So...how long till someone leaks this to all of us non-developer types?

@Seventhexile Speaks: The British don't have our Constitutional rights. Only US citizens do. You know, the whole duties and rights and such. You've gotta earn the rights through citizenship.

@chrisaroz: The bottles float when empty?

@Noonan09: Or, phyiscal keyboard+SwiftKey. It still gives you the text prediction and can cut down a big deal. I've used it this way for a few weeks now and have saved a ton of keystrokes.

@ffud: Agreed. I want to use Swiftkey when the hardware keyboard is out and ThickButtons when it's not.

I'm all about SwiftKey, mostly because I almost exclusively use the hardware keyboard and it has saved me ~1500 keystrokes so far. :D

@Samurai I-am-awry: It's either dyed water, or they have a magenta light trained on the drop to make it stand out.

@Michael Scrip: Half that, because contracts are two years, but still. Damn. If we assume that most of those people upgrade to a Droid, that's around 100k/day from Verizon alone. I suppse ATT, T-Mobile, and Sprint can add up to another 160k relatively easily. ATT obviously contributing the least, since it's firing

@Michael Scrip: What, you don't buy a new phone every month?

@comodidit: Huh? Methinks he was talking about Apple's tiny hardware updates, not Google's. Google pushes out tons of software updates, which is quite the opposite of what was stated.
